Oilseed in the extrusion machine by compressing, kneading, shearing, pressure and other mechanical effects, as well as the spraying of steam into the role of wet heat, frictional heating and a series of physical and chemical effects. Materials are then puffed into shape, so as to obtain loose and high strength extruded puffed materials.
Main features:
1、 Increase the production capacity of leachers. As the volume weight of extruded puffed material is increased by 40~50% compared with the volume weight of raw embryo, therefore, the processing capacity of leachers and steam strippers is increased.
2、Improve the leaching speed, shorten the leaching time. As the extrusion of puffed material cellular tissue is completely destroyed, puffed material porosity improved, solvent and mixed oil through the material layer permeability improved.
3、 The wet meal containing soluble reduced, reducing the load of wet meal solvent content. Due to the permeability of the puffed material and good leaching, wet meal containing soluble can be reduced to about 20%, reducing the load of wet meal solvent content and solvent recovery load, thus reducing the steam consumption of wet meal solvent content.
4、The concentration of mixed oil is improved, which reduces the load of mixed oil evaporation and reduces the steam consumption of mixed oil evaporation process.
5、 The enzymes in the oil are inactivated, which improves the quality of the leached crude oil. In the extrusion and expansion process, the enzymes and anti-nutritional factors in the oil are inactivated, avoiding the impact of fat oxidase and phospholipase on the phospholipids in the oil, reducing the content of non-hydrated phospholipids in the leaching oil, increasing the total phospholipid content in the leaching oil, which can effectively improve the efficiency of oil refining, improve the quality of oil products, and improve the rate of phospholipid by-products and the quality of phospholipid products in the hydration degumming process.
6、Reduce the energy consumption in the leaching production process. Due to the increase in the concentration of mixed oil and the reduction in the solubility of wet meal, can effectively reduce the solvent loss in the leaching production process.
