TGSS,TGSC series embedded scraping conveyor is an upgraded product developed by our company according to foreign introduced technology, which is divided into three types: general type, sealed type and special type. It is mainly used for conveying and lifting powder, flakes and small granules of raw grains and oil materials in grain and oil processing plants.

6、With cleaning scraper, to avoid long-term accumulation of material in the barrel of the machine.
7、The reducer and motor seat are designed as a whole adjustment form, which can adjust and tension the chain conveniently, quickly and accurately.
8、The bearing is designed outside the casing and has a certain distance from the casing to avoid the material chips from drilling into the bearing and prolong the service life of the bearing.
9、The head, tail and housing of horizontal scraper are designed in the form of easy disassemble of upper and lower housing, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance.
10、For materials with hard crust on the conveyor belt, the casing with wear-resistant liner (UHMW or manganese plate) can be used to extend the service life of the equipment.
